A New Look for our Status Page

Today, we’re excited to share a significant update regarding how we communicate with you about our system status and about any incidents we might encounter.

Over the past months, we’ve been carefully evaluating the effectiveness of our communication process, and listening to your feedback. We’ve come to the conclusion that a change is needed to better serve our customers and subscribers.

Moving away from Twitter

Our previous practice of posting system status updates on Twitter served us well for several years. However, our commitment to providing timely and accurate information clashes with the limitations of this platform, making it difficult for us to maintain an informative line of communication with our customers.

To address these limitations, we have decided to transition away from Twitter for system status updates. We believe this move will not only enhance the quality of our incident communication but also contribute to a more positive and supportive user experience.

A Hub for Clarity and Transparency

We’re launching of our new, dedicated Statuspage, a centralized hub for everything related to our system status. This page has been designed with your needs in mind, providing a clear and comprehensive overview of our system’s health.
