Our previous practice of posting system status updates on Twitter served us well for several years. However, our commitment to providing timely and accurate information clashes with the limitations of this platform, making it difficult for us to maintain an informative line of communication with our customers.
To address these limitations, we have decided to transition away from Twitter for system status updates. We believe this move will not only enhance the quality of our incident communication but also contribute to a more positive and supportive user experience.
